Nick Kenny, member of the Greeley Satellite Club, introduced our speaker, Lowell Graham. Mr. Graham was introduced as the brains of the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra. Lowell is the Music Director and Principal Conductor and a native of Greeley. Mr. Graham is very accomplished but is glad to be back home.
Lowell told us what he looks for when he is auditioning a new member of the orchestra. He looks for a person that can work independently, works as a team, looks ahead, can multitask, and has real time problem solving skills.
A Colonel in the USAF, Lowell was the Commander and Conductor of the United States Air Force’s premier musical organization in Washington, CO. He show us a performance with the musical organization and Wynonna Judd. Very epic indeed!
