1) Norm Lyster's 90th Birthday!!
Michelle Kempema and the Community Foundation staff will be hosting a casual open house in his honor at the Colorado Model Railroad Museum on Monday, March 31st, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. It will be a simple gathering where friends can stop by, wish Norm a happy birthday, and enjoy some cake together.
Norm has been such a dedicated part of our community, and I know he would love to see friendly faces from the groups he cares so much about
2) Evergreen Rotary Wildfire Ready just launched a new educational app to help spread the word about wildfire preparedness. Over half of the residents in Colorado live in areas that are naturally prone to wildfires. As residents we need to learn the steps we can take to be able to live in these wildfire prone areas. The Rotary Wildfire Ready App includes best practice information on how to prepare your home and family for wildfire. The Rotary Wildfire Ready App is FREE to anyone and is available on Google Play and the Apple Store. To access in either store enter Rotary Wildfire Ready or use the QR code.

4) UNC Alumni Event
